Coronavirus hit the ongoing T20 series between India and England, as the administration of the Coronavirus in Ahmedabad increased the ban on visitors from the stadium. That means the next three T20 matches between India and England will be played at the vacant stadium.


All three matches of the upcoming T-20 series between India and England at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, to be played on 16 March, 18 March and 20 March, will be played in the vacant stadium in Gujarat due to increasing number of corona virus. The Gujarat Cricket Association has returned those viewers. Those who had already purchased sports tickets.


Two matches of the five-match T20 series have been played between India and England. Out of which one match has been won by England and one match has been won by India. All the upcoming matches will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, but all three matches will be played at the empty stadium.


The first match of the five-match series is estimated to have an audience of 67,200. And 66,300 viewers are expected to come in the second match. In such a situation, due to Corona virus, the Gujarat Cricket Association has decided to conduct an empty field match.


The series is now one-on-one (1 - 1), with the upcoming matches remaining to be played on March 16, March 18 and March 20.
